This is a video installation / video art
I have done this work in memory of all those who lost their lives or their beloved ones in the earthquake of the city BAM in southern Iran. The whole ancient city collapsed with all the lives in it. In this video, we walk through the ancient city (that does not exist anymore) from the depiction of the images reflected in that pupil of the artist’s eye who has once see it. I have cut out all the images of the people from the video as a respect to the souls of all the victims.
