School Diary is a video installation that will ask audiences to consider the innocent soul of school kids all over the world who have somehow witnessed violent acts and horror during their school years, at their own schools or in their cities and their countries. In this video installation, the artist is referencing the massacre in the Virginia Tech that happened in the USA in 2007, the massacre in the school in Beslan that happened in 2004 and a school a 14-year-old kid that, instead of being at school, was in the frontiers of war during the Iran-Iraq war in the 80s. Sadly all of the above incidents have not come to an end and are still echoed all over the world.
